(ANU) Childcare
Modular Construction
Lennox Crossing, Canberra, ACT 2600
Goldfish & Bay is proud to have contributed to the Australian National University (ANU) Childcare Facility at Lennox Crossing, a purpose-built development that integrates modern engineering with innovative modular construction. Designed for sustainability, the facility operates entirely on electric power, features energy-efficient systems, and incorporates rainwater harvesting for irrigation.
Our team provided hydraulic designs for reliable water management, fire engineering solutions to meet rigorous safety standards, and electrical systems that align with the facility’s fully electric operation.
Designed to be welcoming and inclusive, the facility complies with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and the National Quality Framework, offering high-quality, accessible spaces enriched by natural light and thoughtful architecture.
In partnership with Construction Control and EPB Modular Construction, this project sets a benchmark for modern childcare facilities, reflecting Goldfish & Bay’s dedication to delivering sustainable and purpose-built engineering solutions.
