Designed for sustainability, the facility operates entirely on electric power, features energy-efficient systems, and incorporates rainwater harvesting for irrigation.

Our team provided hydraulic designs for reliable water management, fire engineering solutions to meet rigorous safety standards, and electrical systems that align with the facility’s fully electric operation.

Designed to be welcoming and inclusive, the facility complies with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and the National Quality Framework, offering high-quality, accessible spaces enriched by natural light and thoughtful architecture.
