The project was initially approved as a 16-storey, 93-room boutique hotel designed to reflect modern hospitality standards with cutting-edge features and an inviting atmosphere. The original vision for this hotel aimed to set a new benchmark in urban accommodation, with a focus on aesthetics and operational excellence.
Current Proposal:
The project has been reimagined into a 17-storey residential tower featuring:
14 whole-floor, three-bedroom luxury apartments.
A lavish three-level penthouse, designed to offer unmatched opulence.
A nine-level basement dedicated to car parking facilities.
This transformation marks a strategic pivot from hospitality to high-end residential development, aligning with market demands and showcasing the versatility of the design team.
