Designed by BVN and Woods Bagot, this 67-storey architectural icon features 479 luxury residences, showcasing the innovative 'Sydney Verandah' design. With sweeping views from the CBD to the Blue Mountains and Sydney Harbour, its cantilevered structure and serrated edges create a striking and memorable silhouette.

Although Goldfish & Bay was not part of the tower’s construction, our team was engaged post-completion to conduct a comprehensive defect report. By identifying key areas for improvement, we ensured that the high standards of this landmark development were maintained as it transitions to full occupancy.
