Our team’s innovative hydraulic solutions have been crucial in supporting this sustainable and engaging development in Frenchs Forest, ensuring efficient water management systems that align with Jardin’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
This 6-storey development has already seen remarkable success, with a waiting list of 200 prospective residents eagerly anticipating Stage Two. Featuring a rooftop garden, café, and fitness facilities, Jardin offers vibrant spaces for relaxation and connection to both residents and the local community.
The latest stage of Jardin introduces two new buildings, Eucalyptus and Wattle, seamlessly connected to the existing Acacia and Banksia buildings via the lush "Le Jardin" central garden. The development comprises 52 luxury apartments over 5 levels, with amenities such as an indoor pool, gym, resident bar, lounge, library, and private dining areas—all designed to foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
The design incorporates various sustainable elements, including provisions for electric car charging, photovoltaic solar generation, passive design for natural ventilation, and ample bike storage, encouraging greener living practices. The communal garden and rooftop terrace provide spaces for residents to connect with nature and each other, reinforcing a strong sense of community.
We are honored to have contributed to this project, setting a new model for senior living on Sydney’s Northern Beaches by blending luxury, sustainability, and innovative design.
