JARDIN by Platino Properties received the Highly Commended Senior Living Development award at the Urban Taskforce Awards in June 2024, and we were proud to celebrate this achievement. Our contribution to this distinguished project reflects our dedication to quality and innovation in sustainable design.

Goldfish & Bay provided tailored hydraulic system design to support Jardin’s commitment to environmental responsibility. This six-storey development redefines senior living, with a focus on well-being and community engagement. With Stage Two underway and over 200 prospective residents on the waiting list, Jardin continues to grow as a sought-after lifestyle destination.

The latest phase introduces two new buildings, Eucalyptus and Wattle, seamlessly integrating with the existing Acacia and Banksia buildings. These additions bring 52 luxury apartments, complemented by an indoor pool, gym, resident bar, lounge, library, and creative social spaces, enhancing the community experience.

Sustainability is at the core of Jardin’s design, featuring electric vehicle charging, photovoltaic solar generation, natural ventilation, and ample bike storage. The lush communal gardens and rooftop terraces provide spaces for residents to connect with nature and each other, fostering a strong sense of community.
