KENSINGTON

Dasco

Kensington

Crafted by visionaries, THE KENSINGTON is redefining urban luxury in Sydney. Developed by TOGA Group in collaboration with Qualitas, and brought to life by the talented team at TURNER Architects, this project sets a new standard for city living. At Goldfish & Bay, we are proud to play a key role in this ambitious development, delivering full hydraulic, mechanical, and wet fire services to support the creation of this iconic new space.

Positioned along Anzac Parade, The Kensington offers 143 luxury apartments and 7 vibrant retail spaces, seamlessly integrating work and leisure. Designed by Nick Turner, this development strikes a balance between paying homage to Kensington’s rich heritage and introducing a contemporary design that reflects the evolving needs of the community. The apartments, crafted by Kirsten Stanisich, are a blend of sophistication and comfort, with open-plan layouts and private balconies that create an indoor-outdoor lifestyle ideal for today’s residents.

With construction well underway—including demolition, excavation, and shoring activities—the project is on track to become a new cornerstone of urban life in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. As we continue to contribute our expertise to this exciting project, Goldfish & Bay looks forward to seeing The Kensington flourish into a landmark that will stand the test of time.
