LCC SPORTS & RECREATION PRECINCT

Goldfish & Bay is excited to be part of the development of the LCC Sports & Recreation Precinct, a transformative project that will provide much-needed sporting and community facilities to the lower North Shore area.

Situated at the Lane Cove Golf Course, this state-of-the-art facility, designed by AJ+C Architects and constructed by ADCO, will feature a variety of amenities, including indoor sports courts, outdoor tennis courts, multipurpose function rooms, a bistro and dining areas, and a new golf pro shop. The design also includes an on-grade and undercroft car park, strategically positioned to offer scenic views over the 9th hole, making it a stunning addition to the community's landscape.

The project reflects a strong commitment to sustainability with a bespoke framework developed alongside ESD consultant Steensen Varming. Key features include natural ventilation systems, reduced embodied carbon through material selection, a substantial solar panel array, water harvesting capabilities, and numerous other environmentally sustainable design elements.

Goldfish & Bay is proud to provide the full hydraulic design for this $75 million Design & Construct project, in partnership with our client, Hydra Build. Our expertise will ensure efficient water management systems that support the center's sustainability objectives while enhancing its functionality for the community.
