Goldfish & Bay is proud to have contributed to the redevelopment of Little Scholars Early Learning Centre in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. This project transformed two existing buildings into a unified, modern childcare facility, enhancing early education services in the Gold Coast region.

Project Overview:
Stage 1: Live environment refurbishment of a 450m² building, completed in 5 weeks.
Stage 2: Refurbishment of an additional 450m² building, finalized in 6 weeks.

The upgrades included new glazing walls, reception and kitchen joinery, updated plumbing and fixtures, lighting, air conditioning, and the installation of external feature metalwork and glass balustrades.

Our team provided specialised **hydraulic engineering design services, ensuring efficient and sustainable water management throughout the facility while meeting all compliance requirements.
