LITTLE SCHOLARS EARLY LEARNING

Goldfish & Bay (GFB) is proud to have contributed to the development of Little Scholars Early Learning Centre in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. This project involved the refurbishment and unification of two existing buildings into a single, modern childcare facility, enhancing early education services in the Gold Coast region.

Project Overview: The redevelopment was executed in two stages:

Stage 1: A live environment refurbishment of a 450m² building, completed in 5 weeks.
Stage 2: Refurbishment of an additional 450m² building, finalized in 6 weeks.

The comprehensive upgrades included new glazing walls, reception and kitchen joinery, updated plumbing and fixtures, lighting, air conditioning, and the installation of external feature metalwork and glass balustrades.

GFB's Contributions: Our team provided specialized hydraulic engineering design services, ensuring efficient water management systems throughout the facility. These designs were tailored to meet the operational needs of the center, emphasizing sustainability and compliance with relevant standards.
