MELROSE PARK - LOT A

Sekisui House

Melrose Park

Goldfish & Bay was engaged to provide engineering design services for Lot A at Melrose Park, a major residential development within Sydney’s northwest. As one of the most elevated sites in the precinct, Lot A features two towers rising between 20 and 24 storeys, delivering 468 apartments, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, as well as dual-key multi-generational layouts. Designed to integrate with the broader Melrose Park master plan, the development prioritises landscaped open spaces, including a rooftop pool and recreation deck, offering panoramic views over the precinct, Parramatta River, and Sydney Olympic Park. The ground-level public domain includes a landscaped interface and a through-site pedestrian link, forming part of a larger north-south connection that will provide access to the 6000 sqm central park, schools, and the future Melrose Park Town Centre. Sustainability measures include rooftop gardens, rainwater collection, and energy-efficient systems, reinforcing the project’s environmental performance.
Goldfish & Bay’s engineering expertise ensures the efficient delivery of building services, supporting the development’s long-term functionality and integration within the evolving precinct.
