In August 2023, the Northern Beaches Business Park (NBBP) in Cromer was completed, marking a significant milestone in industrial development for EG Funds. This project seamlessly combines contemporary design with heritage preservation, creating a versatile facility for medium to large-scale industrial tenants.

The site features two major warehouses: a 5,329m² building with mezzanine office space and a larger 9,978m² structure offering multiple tenancies. Alongside these modern constructions, the development incorporates restored historical elements, including a refurbished office, a standalone heritage house, and the iconic 44m ‘Roche’ tower, blending functionality with historical character.

Goldfish & Bay provided hydraulic design services, ensuring efficient water management and sustainable operations across the facility. Delivered under a Design & Construction model by Richard Crookes Constructions and SBA Architects, the project exemplifies a commitment to innovative, environmentally conscious industrial solutions.
