At Goldfish & Bay, we are proud to have contributed to Proximity Apartments, a development that embodies the perfect balance between urban convenience and natural serenity. Developed by Deicorp and designed by Group GSA, Proximity is a landmark residential project in Sydney’s Hills Shire, located at 9 Civic Way, near Rouse Hill Town Centre and the metro station.
This award-winning development comprises six freestanding buildings with 375 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Designed with varying heights that transition from Windsor Road to Civic Way, the architecture ensures harmony with the surrounding precinct while maintaining a pedestrian-friendly streetscape. The taller buildings act as urban markers near Windsor Road, while the lower-scale podiums blend seamlessly with neighboring townhouses.
Goldfish & Bay provided hydraulic design and wet fire services, ensuring the infrastructure meets high safety standards while enhancing livability. From water supply systems to fire safety measures, our engineering expertise supports the functionality and comfort of this vibrant community.
