THE CAMBRIDGE

Lavande

Epping

Since construction began in 2022, The Cambridge has set a new benchmark for retirement and aged care living in Sydney’s northern suburbs. This $200 million development by Levande integrates 172 retirement living units, a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, bar, 123 residential aged care facility (RACF) beds, a primary school, a new parish, retail space, and basement car parking—all within a 28-storey high-rise.

Goldfish & Bay is proud to have provided full hydraulic engineering services for this landmark project, collaborating with Richard Crookes Constructions and Commodore Plumbing. Our expertise ensures that the development’s water systems are designed for maximum efficiency and sustainability, creating a comfortable and environmentally responsible living environment.

The project progresses alongside the heritage-listed existing church and is divided into three separable portions to facilitate staged handovers. The final stage is expected to be completed by May 2025.

As The Cambridge continues to take shape, we look forward to seeing its lasting impact on the local community and remain committed to delivering engineering solutions that support visionary developments like this one.
