The Waterfront at Central Coast Quarter, led by Urban Property Group, is set to become the new pulse of the region. As Urban Property Group progresses with this landmark build, our collaboration has allowed us to contribute crucial hydraulic solutions to The Waterfront, ensuring that luxury living is seamlessly integrated with practical functionality. The project’s strategic location on Mann Street offers residents a unique blend of urban convenience and serene waterfront living, positioning it as a key element in Gosford’s revitalization.
Construction is progressing rapidly, with 50 percent of the structure already completed and the level 15 slab soon to be poured. The project remains on track for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025, with over 7,000 cubic metres of concrete poured so far. The addition of 2,800 square metres of retail space will create a vibrant community hub featuring some of the best food and beverage options in the region.
Urban Property Group has introduced a 10-year Latent Defects Insurance policy through Resilience Insurance, providing an added layer of protection and ensuring the highest quality for future residents.
