We are proud to announce our involvement in the Willowdale Seniors Living project, residential aged care facility located in Denham Court, New South Wales. Completed in 2021, this facility offers an exceptional living environment for seniors, thoughtfully designed to promote comfort, well-being, and community engagement.

Developed by Bolton Clarke, Willowdale Seniors Living is planned around a generous landscaped courtyard that provides never-ending walking circuits and outdoor recreation spaces for residents and their families.

The facility includes 144 beds arranged over two levels, surrounding the beautifully landscaped courtyard. Visitor parking is conveniently located at ground level adjacent to the porte cochere, while staff parking is provided within a basement carpark. Memory support principles are embedded throughout the facility’s design and planning, ensuring a supportive environment for all residents.

Goldfish & Bay is proud to have provided peer review services for this remarkable project. Our involvement ensured that the highest standards of quality and excellence were upheld, contributing to the creation of a premier residential aged care facility.
