$72 million club redevelopment, in conjunction with the Ashfield Polish Club, will increase the existing club size from 1200sq m to 1850sq metres. The project involves the demolition of existing structures on the site, and construction of a 3-8 storey mixed-use development comprising 91 units and the registered club.
