Joseph brings to Goldfish and Bay more than 12 years of experience in hydraulic services, with a background in mechanical engineering and a career built on delivering technically sound, large-scale projects across health, justice, education, and residential sectors. His work is defined by his ability to manage complex design scopes, maintain clear project direction, and support strong collaboration across disciplines.
Graduating with Honours in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sydney, where he specialised in fluid dynamics, Joseph has contributed to a number of state-significant projects. These include the $534 million Tweed Valley Hospital, the combined $303 million expansion of the Silverwater and Cessnock Correctional Centres, and the $132 million Meadowbank Education and Employment Precinct. He has also led delivery on residential developments such as The Parade, West Ryde, and coordinated critical infrastructure upgrades across multiple police, court, and health facilities throughout NSW.
At Goldfish and Bay, Joseph leads the hydraulic and fire team, overseeing technical delivery, training, and design management. He is focused on developing practical, coordinated solutions while supporting the growth of his team through clear documentation practices, project ownership, and strong client relationships.
