Fadi is the Founder and Managing Director of Goldfish and Bay, a multi-disciplinary engineering company that is a movement for creative excellence in modern, solutions focused designs.

After graduating from the University of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering with full Honours and on the Dean's List, he quickly became a recognised industry leader, particularly within hydraulic and wet fire engineering due to his wide breadth of experience and advance knowledge.

Fadi has brought together a highly qualified and talented team of engineers at Goldfish and Bay. He now devotes his time to mentoring the team, curating design aesthetic, and forging future growth opportunities.

Joseph brings to the Goldfish and Bay team his diverse project experience, strong project management skills and innovate design solutions.

After graduating from the University of Sydney with a degree in Mechanical Engineering with Honours specialising in fluid dynamics, he has notably worked on the Tweed Valley Hospital $534m development, the Silverwater & Cessnock Correctional Centre combined $303m expansion and The Parade West Ryde residential development.

Utilising his extensive skills and experience, Joseph leads our team of hydraulic and fire engineers with a focus on developing their skills in design solutions, project management and building client relationships.

Joseph is an established senior hydraulic consultant with over 6 years of professional experience in the hydraulic services industry. His industry knowledge is extensive, spanning the full breadth of hydraulic services consulting design and documentation of wet and dry fire building design services.

After obtaining a Dip. Hydraulic Services Design and a Cert IV in Plumbing and Services, Joseph quickly refined his skills in advanced building services design, AutoCAD and Revit. He has since worked first-hand on a wide variety of infrastructure, residential, industrial, commercial, retail, hotel, fit out and refurbishment projects.

On every project he undertakes, Joseph is an integral member of the multidiscipline team. His experience, professional and attitude work exceptionally well to ensure a smooth design process.
