Design and documentation, including:

- Review the following documents:
BCA Report,
Fire Engineering Report,
Accessibility Report,
Architectural Plans.

- Spatial advice: to be confirmed by incumbent manufacturer
- Prepare tender specifications and Issue for Construction

Option 2 - where a lift manufacturer has already been onboarded to the project;
Design and documentation, including:

- Review the following documents:
BCA Report,
Fire Engineering Report,
Accessibility Report,
Architectural Plans,
Lifts workshop drawings.
