Five Dock Village is a mixed use precinct in Five Dock that will deliver approximately 700 homes across a combination of build to sell, build to rent and co living accommodation. Developed by TOGA, the project occupies a 3.1 hectare site located within walking distance of the future Five Dock Metro Station. The development incorporates retail and community spaces, a full line supermarket, a 2,090sqm public park and new pedestrian connections, creating a well connected urban precinct that contributes to the ongoing renewal of the Parramatta Road corridor.
