Located 500 metres from the future Sydney Metro Five Dock Station, Five Dock Village will transform a 3.1-hectare site on Parramatta Road into a vibrant new community. The proposal by TOGA with Bates Smart delivers around 674 new homes across a mix of build-to-sell, build-to-rent and co-living, supported by retail, a full-line supermarket, office space and a 350 m² community centre.

At its heart is a 2,090 m² public park framed by dining, retail and community uses. New streets and pedestrian links improve connectivity, while building heights range from mid-rise to towers of up to 28 storeys. With sustainability, acoustic and affordable housing measures embedded in the design, Five Dock Village will create a connected urban precinct that balances growth with liveability.
