Engaged by Moeco Plumbing Services as part of School Infrastructure NSW’s expansion program, the scope covers full hydraulic engineering design for the redevelopment of Melrose Park Public School in Ermington. The role includes sanitary and trade waste systems, hot and cold water services, gas, rainwater reuse, stormwater management and fire hydrant protection, delivered in coordination with PTW Architects and Taylor | Australia under a Design and Construct model. All services are modelled to LOD 350 within a federated BIM environment to enable construction-level accuracy, early clash resolution and efficient installation across disciplines. The redevelopment is planned to accommodate more than 750 primary students and a 60-place preschool across multiple three-storey learning buildings, specialist support units, communal facilities and landscaped outdoor spaces.
