A five-storey residential building in Manly comprising seven apartments. Designed by Squillace, the project responds to its heritage surroundings while introducing curved masonry and glass elements to transition into the modern streetscape. Goldfish & Bay is delivering hydraulic and mechanical design services, supporting balcony extensions, internal wet areas, and ventilation system coordination.
