The Riviera townhouses form a major stage of the Pagewood Green masterplan at Eastgardens, located on Lots G and H fronting Heffron Road. Developed by Meriton Group and designed by PTW Architects, the project delivers 42 two-storey residences arranged across landscaped streets and laneways.

Each townhouse contributes to a low-rise, human-scale edge within a larger masterplanned community that also includes high-rise apartment towers. Prefabricated structural systems supported efficient delivery and ensured consistent quality across the stage.

The homes are positioned to integrate with newly created open space, tree-lined streets, and direct connections to Jellicoe Park and the wider Pagewood Green precinct. This balance of private dwellings with public realm improvements makes Riviera a defining element in the transformation of Eastgardens from industrial land to a contemporary urban neighbourhood.
