Development approval has been secured for a new 6,500m² self-storage facility located on Princes Highway in Carlton. Positioned within a growing urban corridor, the project will deliver a purpose-built, multi-level facility that expands Storage King’s network and responds to increasing demand for accessible, high-quality storage solutions.

Goldfish & Bay are providing an integrated building services package for the development. Our scope includes hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and fire engineering, together with JV3 energy modelling. This coordinated approach ensures the facility’s technical systems are efficient, compliant, and aligned with both the architectural vision and operational requirements.

Working in collaboration with Neoscape, Abacus Group, BN Group, Patch Planning, and the rest of the team our role is to support the design and approval process while laying the foundation for successful delivery.
