Some Friday afternoons are better spent away from the desk. Our monthly rooftop BBQ and basketball afternoons are becoming a bit of a tradition at Goldfish & Bay, and we’re certainly not complaining. A few games on the court, something sizzling on the BBQ, plenty of laughs and the occasional questionable basketball skills. All with a pretty good view of Petersham. It’s a simple way to finish the month, catch up with colleagues and enjoy some time together without talking abou

There are parts of becoming an engineer that are difficult to understand until you are actually working alongside other engineers. Today, our team came together for R U OK? Day as a reminder to check in with the people around us, not only today, but throughout the year. A genuine conversation can make more of a difference than we realise. Ask the question, listen properly and make time for each other. We are very proud of the care, support and connection within our Goldfish & Bay team. #RUOKDay #GoldfishAndBay #WorkplaceWellbeing #TeamCulture
