Goldfish & Bay is proud to have our fire engineering services featured in the latest edition of Australian National Construction Review.
At Rumbalara Residences in Gosford, we delivered a fully integrated fire protection system for a landmark $250 million residential development by Alceon and Deicorp.
The project comprises four boutique buildings with 188 luxury residences, designed to integrate with the escarpment of Rumbalara Reserve. Our scope included a combined hydrant and sprinkler system developed to AS 2118.6-2012 standards, supported by dual diesel-driven pumps, on-site storage, and looped pipework to ensure resilience, compliance, and long-term performance.
This project adds to our growing portfolio with Deicorp, which also includes Tallawong Village, Melrose Park, Hyde Metropolitan, 130 Joynton Avenue, Marquet & Mary, Cosmopolitan, Highline Westmead, Hills Showground Precinct East, Kings Bay Village, The Rothschild and many more.
