Goldfish & Bay is proud to have played a role in the Blue & William project at 2 Blue Street, North Sydney, delivering expert engineering services from concept to completion.

Developed by Lendlease and constructed by FDC Construction & Fitout, with architectural design by Woods Bagot, *Blue & William* has transformed a former industrial site into a dynamic commercial hub. The project seamlessly integrates with the leafy, redbrick streetscapes of North Sydney while offering panoramic views of Sydney Harbour.

Designed for the future of work, Blue & William prioritises natural light, biophilic elements, and UV filtration to create an environment that fosters well-being and productivity. Expansive private terraces and open courtyards encourage collaboration, while the building’s sustainability initiatives target 5 Star Green Star and 5.5 Star NABERS ratings.

Honouring the heritage of Lavender Bay and North Sydney, the development reflects both innovation and a commitment to environmental responsibility. Blue & William has been recognised for its excellence, receiving high commendation at the 2024 NSW Australian Institute of Architects Award for Commercial Architecture and winning at the 2023 Master Builders Association of NSW Awards.
