Located opposite the new Crows Nest Metro Station, the proposal comprises a 39 storey mixed use tower with 254 residential apartments, retail and commercial space, together with four basement levels. The project forms part of the Crows Nest Transit Oriented Development Precinct, supporting the continued evolution o
