The proposed mixed use development at 402 to 420 Pacific Highway, Crows Nest is currently progressing through the State Significant Development assessment process.

Located opposite the new Crows Nest Metro Station, the proposal comprises a 39 storey mixed use tower with 254 residential apartments, retail and commercial space, together with four basement levels. The project forms part of the Crows Nest Transit Oriented Development Precinct, supporting the continued evolution of one of Sydney's most connected urban centres.

Goldfish & Bay is pleased to be part of the consultant team as the project's Services Design Consultant, providing Hydraulic, Mechanical, Electrical and Wet & Dry Fire engineering services. We are honoured to collaborate with such a highly respected group of consultants, including several long standing industry partners, and to contribute our expertise to a project of this significance.

Congratulations to Prosper and the entire consultant team on reaching this important milestone.
