573 Gardeners Road is an eight storey mixed use building in Mascot by Astute Property, comprising 80 residential apartments above ground floor retail. Designed by fjcstudio and delivered by DJRD Architects, the building uses a warm palette of bronze and terracotta, with retail frontage and a clear residential entry activating the street.

Goldfish & Bay is providing hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and fire engineering design during the construction documentation phase, continuing our work with Astute Property across the Mascot precinct.
