Adela Burwood is a residential development located adjacent to Burwood Park, comprising 107 apartments within a boutique multi residential building completed in 2021. The project includes basement parking, landscaped communal areas and multiple building entries designed to support resident access and circulation.

Designed by PBD Architects for Aoyuan International, the development is characterised by its curved built form, face brick façade and extensive landscaping integrated throughout the site. The project occupies a prominent position within Burwood’s town centre and was designed to maximise natural light, cross ventilation and connectivity to surrounding public spaces while responding to the established urban context.
