Alex Collective is a residential development located at 163–173 McEvoy Street, Alexandria, comprising 163 apartments across four buildings ranging from four to eight storeys, with ground floor retail and basement parking.

Designed by Andrew Burns Architecture for Ceerose, the project references Alexandria’s industrial character through the use of brick detailing, saw tooth roof forms, light wells and sky bridge connections between buildings. The development includes a mix of apartments, lofts, maisonettes and penthouses arranged around a central landscaped courtyard within a constrained inner city site.
