Belmont House is a residential development located at 59–99 Belmont Street, Alexandria, comprising 23 residences including 19 apartments and four terrace homes within a four storey development with basement parking.

Designed by Benson McCormack Architects for Astute Property, the project incorporates the adaptive reuse of a retained warehouse façade integrated with a contemporary residential built form. The development includes landscaped communal spaces and rooftop areas while responding to the site's industrial history and surrounding urban context within one of Sydney’s established inner city precincts.
