Bridge Road Residences is an 80-apartment multi-residential development in Homebush by Ventus, delivered by One Way Development & Construction with architecture by MX Architects. The project brings a mix of one to three bedroom residences to a growing pocket of Homebush, close to local transport, dining and Sydney Olympic Park, with completion expected in 2026.

Goldfish & Bay is providing hydraulic, electrical and wet and dry fire services for the development, and joined the project team on site to mark the start of construction.
