Northland's Central Quarter at 242 to 252 Pitt Street, Merrylands, a 22 storey tower of 194 apartments above a three level retail and commercial precinct, opposite Merrylands station. Goldfish & Bay delivered the hydraulic, electrical and wet and dry fire design from construction documentation through to as builts, with site inspections through the build.
