Developed by Meriton and designed by Studio.SC, the project responds to the Epping Town Centre Masterplan with a slender tower form, landscaped communal spaces and rooftop amenities. Positioned along Oxford Street, the development enhances the evolving town centre through increased housing density, improved connectivity and access to public transport, retail and community infrastructure.
