Set above Sydney's coastline at 11 Jennifer Street, Little Bay, ESTE comprises 94 residences across four storeys, with rooftop wellness spaces and communal landscaped areas opening toward Kamay Botany Bay National Park. Developed and built by Urban Property Group, the project is designed by Hill Thalis Architecture, with interiors by Richards Stanisich and landscape by Arcadia Landscape Architecture.

Goldfish & Bay is delivering hydraulic and fire engineering design, including water, gas and fire protection systems, modelled in BIM to LOD300. Working at that level of detail keeps services aligned with a calm, low-rise architectural form and supports accurate coordination across disciplines.
