Rising in the heart of Fairfield, EVO is a four-tower mixed use community by Level 33, delivering 362 apartments above a landscaped podium and retail precinct, with rooftop gardens providing shared space for residents. It is one of the more significant residential projects in Sydney's west, with completion targeted for 2026.

Goldfish & Bay was engaged to deliver full building services engineering across hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and wet and dry fire. Our role extended beyond design into close collaboration with Level 33 and the consultant team, so that EVO's systems were fully integrated and ready for construction.
