Hills Showground Precinct East is a $1 billion development within the Hills Showground Station urban renewal program. Designed by GroupGSA and Turner Studio, the project delivers 873 apartments across five residential buildings, including 44 affordable homes.

The precinct incorporates 3,500 sqm of public open space, a central park, landscaped courtyards and rooftop gardens. Located on Bidjigal–Dharug Country, it embraces transit-oriented design, placing new housing directly beside the Metro line to create a connected, walkable neighbourhood with easy access to jobs, services and recreation.

Targeting a 5-Star Green Star rating and a Carbon Neutral commitment, the project sets a benchmark for sustainable and socially inclusive urban living in Sydney’s north-west.

Our involvement covers Buildings D & E, comprising 453 apartments above three levels of basement parking, with services in Hydraulic and Fire.
