An Islamic community hub at 15–19 Enterprise Avenue, Padstow, delivered for Citibuild Design & Construction. Goldfish & Bay provided the mechanical and electrical design, extended through two variations as the brief developed, together with hydraulic and fire services documentation through to construction drawings.
