Kenza is a boutique residential development at 54–58 Beaconsfield Street, Newport, comprising 13 three-bedroom apartments with lift access and secure basement parking. Located near Pittwater with coastal outlooks, the project sits on a constrained suburban site where building form, access and services all need to be resolved within a compact footprint.
