THE KUBE is a purpose-built, multi-level industrial and self-storage development at 459 The Boulevarde, Kirrawee. The project comprises 77 secure storage units and 8 industrial warehouses, designed with high clearances, container-height roller doors, communal wash bays, lift access and on-site parking.

Our scope covered mechanical, hydraulic and fire engineering design services, delivering fully integrated building services to support compliance, efficiency and long-term operational performance.
