Delivered for the NSW Land and Housing Corporation, this $15 million affordable housing development in Warwick Farm comprises a six storey residential building with 43 apartments and a single basement level for 21 vehicles. The project includes adaptable living outcomes and landscaped communal spaces, close to major transport infrastructure and the Liverpool CBD.

Goldfish & Bay delivered hydraulic services for the development, working with Genesis Plumbing. It was one of our earlier affordable housing projects for LAHC, alongside Chester Hill, and part of a growing body of social and affordable housing work across NSW.
