Maison Mosman is a mixed use residential development at 2 Ourimbah Road, Mosman, designed by PBD Architects for HavenLuxe with interiors by Coco Republic. The five storey building comprises approximately 30 apartments above ground floor retail, with multiple basement levels for parking, servicing and loading. Apartments are planned to maximise daylight and cross ventilation, with shared rooftop and ground level amenity.

Goldfish & Bay is coordinating and documenting hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, fire and vertical transport services through design development. The work spans basement levels, vertical distribution, rooftop plant and sustainability systems, resolved alongside the architectural and planning requirements of a sensitive Mosman streetscape.
