Located within Byron Bay's village centre, Mare is a boutique development of just eight residences above ground floor retail. Designed by HGA Studio and delivered by Cobild, the low-rise building is shaped around a central courtyard, open-air circulation and a landscaped laneway linking Marvell Street and Fletcher Lane, with rooftop gardens and a pool.

Goldfish & Bay is delivering hydraulic engineering design, working closely with DBO Group and the consultant team. Our scope covers water, drainage and gas services across basement, residential, retail and rooftop areas. Mare is one of a number of developments we are engaged on in Byron Bay.
