Goldfish & Bay was engaged to provide engineering design services for Lot F at Melrose Park, a key residential development within Sydney’s northwest. Part of the broader Melrose Park master plan by Sekisui House Australia, Lot F includes multiple apartment buildings designed to maximise solar access, cross-ventilation, and community amenities. Positioned between Parramatta Road and the Parramatta River, the site features landscaped courtyards, rooftop gardens, and a pedestrian link that integrates with the surrounding parklands. Sustainability measures include photovoltaic panels, rainwater collection, and extensive native planting to enhance environmental performance. Located near the future Melrose Park Town Centre, the development will benefit from new retail and services, with Stage 2 of the Parramatta Light Rail improving future connectivity. Goldfish & Bay’s engineering solutions ensure efficient building services that align with project requirements and long-term functionality.
