Lot E Park is the central landscaped open space within the Pagewood Green masterplan at Eastgardens. Designed by Scott Carver for Meriton Group, the park delivers a diverse mix of recreation, play and gathering areas to support the surrounding high-density residential towers.

The design incorporates nature play, softfall mounds, arbours, games areas, and landscaped streetscapes, complemented by picnic and BBQ facilities, table tennis and chess tables, bike parking, and shaded seating areas. Extensive planting beds, rain gardens, and lawn terraces form a green buffer between built form and public use areas, while integrated lighting and hydraulic services ensure safe and flexible use of the park both day and night.

As the anchor green space of Pagewood Green, Lot E Park provides a social and recreational hub for residents and visitors, strengthening the precinct’s identity and liveability.
