Nicholson Place is a build to rent precinct by Coronation, designed with Cox Architecture, positioned between Crows Nest Metro, Royal North Shore Hospital and the St Leonards commercial centre. A consistent apartment layout supports long-term usability, communal spaces occupy the upper levels for daylight and outlook, and retail and community uses activate Nicholson Street and the surrounding laneways.

Goldfish & Bay is leading digital coordination for the project, establishing the BIM framework and federated model and resolving the key interfaces between structure, architecture and services ahead of construction. Basement parking, storage and plant are aligned with the tower core to keep circulation and servicing logical.
