Novotel Wollongong Northbeach is a major beachfront hotel at 2–4 Cliff Road, with 209 guest rooms and suites, food and beverage venues, conference and event facilities and recreational spaces.

Goldfish & Bay provided building services engineering design for redevelopment works at the hotel, engaged by CT Architects. Working in an operating hotel means design has to anticipate staging, access and the need to keep guest areas running throughout.
