One Campsie is a mixed use redevelopment at 124–142 Beamish Street and 16–18 Ninth Avenue in the Campsie town centre, comprising three towers of 24, 32 and 39 storeys and delivering 346 apartments. The proposal includes ground level retail and commercial space, a civic plaza, a pocket park and new pedestrian through-site links.

Positioned close to the future Sydney Metro Southwest station, the project forms part of a broader urban renewal framework within a high density transport corridor, where building services need to be planned around tower scale, shared podium levels and an active public domain.
