The Manet towers are a defining stage of the Pagewood Green masterplan at Eastgardens, located on Lot A fronting Tingwell Boulevard. Designed by Dickson Rothschild for Meriton Group, the development comprises two towers rising to 17 and 19 storeys, delivering more than 450 apartments above a multi-level basement.

The project provides a diverse residential mix supported by 450+ car spaces, bicycle and motorbike parking, and a landscaped podium with swimming pool, gymnasium, and childcare centre. At street level, retail tenancies activate the frontage and integrate the towers into the wider precinct.

Manet frames the 8,000 m² central park at the heart of Pagewood Green, establishing the precinct’s high-rise identity and marking one of the earliest large-scale vertical residential stages in the masterplan’s delivery.
