St Nicholas Seniors Care Centre is a purpose-built 80-bed residential aged care facility at 13–23 Henry Street, Punchbowl, delivered by Deicorp in partnership with Antiochian Care beside St Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Church. The $26 million centre includes wellness and allied health facilities, a cinema, café, salon, gymnasium, art studio and dedicated spiritual facilities.

Goldfish & Bay was engaged by Deicorp to provide hydraulic and fire engineering services. The project has received significant recognition, including the Senior Living Development Award at the Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Awards, Gold at the Better Future Sydney Design Awards, and a shortlisting at the 2024 UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence.
